Delivery, Installation and Service

Please note that any dates provided by the Company for delivery and collection are estimated. About 3 to 4 days before your event, the Company will get in touch with you to arrange delivery.

As the hirer, it is your responsibility to ensure that the site is available, in a suitable condition, and accessible to commercial vehicles. You must also ensure that the gates are wide enough to allow the equipment to pass through safely.

The Company will not take responsibility for repairing any damage caused to the site during delivery or collection if the site is not suitable in any way.

If the hirer requests the equipment to be moved after installation, additional charges will apply.

For long-term hires, contracts include a weekly service during work hours, unless otherwise specified. The service days may vary for operational reasons and will not be undertaken on a set day at a specific time.

 The Equipment

  •  Naked flames, such as candles, must not be used in any of the equipment.
  • Posters, signs, or any other items should not be attached to the equipment.
  • If tape is used anywhere on the equipment, a minimum cleaning charge of £50 will apply to clean any residue.
  • The equipment will always remain the property of the Company. The hirer must not sell, sub-hire, abandon, or dispose of the equipment.
  • The Company reserves the right to provide equipment similar or comparable to that ordered by the hirer.
  • The Company will provide a quote based on the assumption that the site is flat and level and free from trees and overhead obstructions.
  • All equipment must be available for collection in an acceptable condition at or before the agreed time. If the equipment is in an unsatisfactory condition, the hirer will be liable for an additional cleaning charge.
  • The hirer will be liable for any stolen or damaged equipment from the time of delivery until collection. (Luxury toilet trailers included.) Insurance is recommended for all events.
  • Extra charges will apply if a tanker is required to empty toilets on site.
  • The hirer will be responsible for providing an appropriate electricity supply (240v) for the luxury toilet trailers.
  • The Company is not responsible for any injury or damage sustained by the public in or around the equipment during the period of hire.
  • The Company is not responsible for any damage caused to gardens, hedges, pipes, walls, or cables.

 Charges, Payments and Cancellations.

 Please note that the charges mentioned in the contract do not include Value-Added Tax (VAT), which will be added at the current rate. The VAT number of the Company is 360083577.

 To confirm a booking, a booking fee needs to be paid unless otherwise agreed. The remaining balance must be paid one month before the event.

 Invoices will be issued monthly and must be paid by the specified date.

 In case of cancellations by businesses and individuals after the 14-day booking period, the following charges will apply:

  • A deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • More than 4 weeks to the hire period no charge
  • Less than 4 weeks 100% of the total charge.

  If the event for portable plastic-type toilets has to be cancelled due to bad weather, the following cancellation policies will apply:

  •  Before delivery: 50% of the total charge is payable.
  • Once the equipment is delivered: 100% of the total charge is payable, even if the units are not used, as all costs have already been incurred.

 Please note that the hirer can postpone a booking once. If there are subsequent postponements, they will be treated as cancellations, and a new booking fee will be payable.

This contract shall be governed by and constructed under English Law. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of England and Wales.
